Master the Complexities of Property Management

The Texas Residential Property Manager (TRPM) certification assures property owners that you have the knowledge and expertise to handle their property management needs. In addition to the certification, you can earn 18 hours of CE credit—the Texas Residential Leasing Specialist (TRLS) certification is a prerequisite.

Look for courses to meet the certification searching in the Group field on alchemycottage.com. Talk to your local association if no courses appear in your area.
